Delivery times are usually estimated at 3-4 weeks from the day of order confirmation and payment completion. It may also take less time. If you need to receive the goods even sooner, please contact us as soon as possible.

Each shipment is marked by a tracking code, which you will receive automatically via email when your goods are entrusted to our courier. The code will allow you to check the status of your shipment online daily. Furthermore, we care for “our Mother Earth” … that’s why all items purchased on our site will be sent with the “green service,” with zero environmental impact and no harmful emissions to our beloved planet.

Additionally, our delivery service also allows you to:

• possibly change the delivery address
• (within a specific radius of km from the first address provided at the time of payment)
• proceed with a delivery to a neighbor or a delivery without a signature requirement;
• postpone the delivery for a maximum of 7 days from the first scheduled delivery date
• (All these services can be easily managed through the courier's website to which your shipment will be entrusted).

All our products (namely dish sets, kitchen items, vases, ornamental ceramics, volcanic stone tables, etc.) can be customized with inscriptions or modifications to the decorations that our artists usually create. In fact, the colors used can be changed and customizations can be added to any item you are interested in. Once payment is made for a custom order, it cannot be canceled afterwards. Custom orders require a longer production and delivery time (at least 7/8 weeks) from the date of payment.
